Turnmill

Maquette

Stuart Piercy & Co architects

The sculpture is a flow diagram which charts the path of a visitor as they move from the street into the office. Its origin is in an instantaneous drawing made of people walking through a revolving doorway. The work articulates the activity of its location and also takes on the buildings’ materials. The exposed sides are made from the same polished brass chosen for the elevator doorways beyond.
