1. Preliminary Artwork Document
Following an initial meeting and site images Hugo will respond with a document introducing a series of four concepts for the site with computer visualisations. This document requires a 10% prepayment which allows the artist to dedicated time and the client not is not bound to the entire commission in advance.
2. Development Meeting
Once the concept and budget has been agreed in principle Hugo will conduct a site visit and detailed a dialogue with the client.
3. Master Drawings
A suite of drawings in which the concept is investigated and developed in response to the site. All developments are emailed to the client so they are part of the emerging artwork.
4. Artwork Meeting
The final artwork is visualised in its totality before being signed off. Detailed scale drawings will be rendered in Photoshop, showing different angles and colourways along with samples of the various materials.
5. Production and Installation
Final artwork will be produced and installed by Hugo with assistants in 5-10 days. Upon completion, original drawings from which the work has been created as well as a Certificate of Authenticity will be provided. Wallpaintings are provided with a template that allows the work to be repainted un a different location and different scale if required in the future.
